Working with S.L.A.S.E., we faced challenges ranging from the organization’s vision to create a brand identity that emphasized growth, utilized Bronx Community College branding colors and lastly on a limited budget. Facing these challenges, we created a logo that symbolized change using the transformation of shapes. This can be seen in the final logo as an arch/circle grows within the rigid triangle. This direction in the logo design was achieved from our understanding of the organizations vision to broaden the perspectives of the young men and women as entrepreneurs. Our scope increased with the addition of the organization's tri-fold brochure, banners and annual event itinerary, an event that brought together some of CUNY’s leaders and top executives as keynote speakers.
